To sign up for service:
New Property Owner
Call business office 740-774-4117 to inquire if water service is currently available to property.
If tap already exists:
Visit our business office to sign our Water User Agreement- 663 Fairgrounds Rd., Chillicothe, Ohio 45601
You will need to bring the following items:
- Proof of Ownership (Property Deed)
- Government Issues Photo ID (Drivers License)
All transfers will be completed the next business day.
To puchase a tap for a new build
You will need:
- Proof of Ownership (Property Deed)
- Government Issues Photo ID (Drivers License)
- All owners (Names on Deed) and Spouses will need to sign water user agreement and right of way easement.
- Pay the current tap fee
A new tap will be set within 10-12 weeks from time of purchase. A cross connection inspection will ne necessary before water service is turned on. For a cross connection inspection, please contact our business office.
