Phase X

Ross County Water Company, Inc. (“RCWC”) is pleased to announce, we have approved the expansion of water service to areas of Upper Twin, Fordyce, Pricer Ridge, Benner Hill, Mt Olive, Turkey Ridge, and Wisecup Hill.  RCWC plans to begin construction in the Fall of 2027 in the Lower Twin and Fordyce Rd. area. We then plan to continue with construction in the Pricer Ridge Rd. and Benner Hill Rd. area in 2028. Followed by Mt. Olive Rd. and Turkey Ridge Rd. in 2029. Final construction will conclude with Wisecup Hill Rd. estimated in 2030.

RCWC will be contacting property owners in the area to acquire right of way easements.  Easements grant our team access to install underground water mains, conduct maintenance, and help ensure reliable service. The property owners’ cooperation is vital to avoid delaying the construction schedule.

Our representatives will be in the Phase X service area speaking with property owners discussing planned waterline locations, meter purchase/installation, and answering any questions related to the project.

October 22, 2026 Update:

We would like to invite residents of the area to an informational meeting that is scheduled for November 5th, 2026, 5:30pm-7:30 pm, at the Paint Twp. Building at 9738 US 41 Bainbridge OH. Representatives from our company will be there to discuss and answer questions concerning the project.

Property owners on Upper Twin and Fordyce roads will be able to apply for membership at this meeting. Additional meetings will be scheduled for customers along the remaining roads in the project area to apply for membership.

If a property owner chooses to apply for membership (purchase a water tap) they will need to bring a copy of their Recorded Deed, Photo Identification and make a payment of $2500.00. Persons listed on the deed will be required to sign necessary paperwork.
