Phase X

Ross County Water Company, Inc. (“RCWC”) is pleased to announce, we have approved the expansion of our water service territory to areas of Upper Twin, Fordyce, Pricer Ridge, Benner Hill, Mt Olive, Turkey Ridge, and Wisecup Hill.  RCWC plans to begin construction in the Fall of 2027 in the Lower Twin and Fordyce Rd. area. We then plan to continue with construction in the Pricer Ridge Rd. and Benner Hill Rd. area in 2028. Followed by Mt. Olive Rd. and Turkey Ridge Rd. in 2029. Final construction will conclude with Wisecup Hill Rd. estimated in 2030.

RCWC will be contacting property owners in the area to acquire right of way easements.  Easements grant our team access to install underground water mains, conduct maintenance, and help ensure reliable service. The property owners’ cooperation is vital to avoid delaying the construction schedule.

RCWC representatives will be in the Phase X service area speaking with property owners discussing planned waterline locations, meter purchase/installation, and answering any questions related to the project. We will schedule meetings in the area to help answer questions, acquire easements, and to allow property owners to apply for water service. We will notify residents when the meetings are scheduled.
